About Our Local Office

The Chatham, NJ office of Right at Home  is owned and managed by John and Juanita Major. They are both longtime residents of Chatham and Madison, and are actively involved in local community and service organizations.

John and Juanita have over a decade of experience providing in home health care to family and clients and both have qualified for national designation as 'Certified Senior Advisors' (CSA). 

The Chatham office offers care in a variety of situations:

• In-Home Care
• Sitter services in hospital or nursing facility
• Support following hospital or rehab care
• At home safety and security
• Alzheimer's / Dementia care
• Hourly service (4 hour minimum)
• Live-In service (24 hours/ 7 days a week)
• We work weekends!
• Serving ALL of Morris and Union Counties

Two Levels of Service are provided:

1. Homemakers / Companions (Office Supervision)

• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping / Laundry
• Nutritious Meal Preparation
• Stand-by assistance for bathing and dressing
• Companionship
• Transportation (In clients car)
• Shopping / Errands

2. Certified Home Health Aides (Registered Nurse Supervision)

• Ambulation assistance
• Bathing and showering
• Continence care and toileting
• Transfers and positioning
• Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Parkinson's care
• Dressing
• Feeding
